Mr. Abiy Girma, the Coordinator of the National WaSH Coordination Office of the Ministry of Water and Energy and Mr. Arto Suominen, the Chief Techical Advisor of the COWASH project together published a case study on the WaSH sector collaboration in Ethiopia.
